“ Haps has been a go to since I was in highschool. Always consistent, friendly staff that make you feel welcome. We hadn't been in quite a few years and stopped in a month ago or so and we had to go back today. The 4 way beef is amazing and they were running a special for half off burgers until the 31st. Get there. ”

Not only is the food some of the best in town (if you live here you know finding a local place that you crave on a regular basis that is also reasonably priced is near impossible), but they have the high quality staff and atmosphere to match. The team is incredibly passionate about the product that they put out, and it is evident based on the food they produce. If you are in the Portsmouth area, Haps is a can't miss destination. With some of the best beefs around they also have amazing burgers, chicken sandwiches, poutine, and arguably the best steak and cheese in the seacoast area. Lastly, the secret crowning achievement is their bathroom, which rivals that of Portsmouth music hall. I could go on forever about the quality of Haps, but at this point, if you have read this far, you should go and try it for yourself. ”

They also have fresh smash burgers with gruyere and then seasoned waffle fries that are just too good. The coffee cookie butter shake is just beyond.
